★ CUSTOM ORDERS ★

custom orders and inspired pieces are always welcome in our shop! to place a custom order, we kindly ask that a message through social media or email [theurbanearthshop@gmail.com] is sent, with an expected response time of 1-2 days maximum.

custom order prices are subject to vary based on materials, design, and time that each piece requires.

discounts are available for bulk or wholesale custom ordering.

payment for customer ordering is secured via email invoice

based order size — order totals must be paid in full. in special circumstances, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be secured, which is fully applied to the total payment due upon delivery of goods and services.

invoices paid for custom orders agreed and collaborated upon are non refundable past the 50% deposit. 

invoices are due in full on the agreed upon date of goods and services, midnight EST, with a $10.00 late fee applied per day, post past due date.

★ RETURNS & EXCHANGES ★

for items needing revamping or fixing — please check out our sustainability initiative page for free repairs on all pieces from our shop!

refunds are not provided for purchased pieces.

exchanges can be made for items on circumstantial basis!* — to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it! (meaning unworn or unused)— if the item still safely fits in the original packaging it was shipped in, we encourage you to reuse it. if not, it can be composted!

please contact theurbanearthshop@gmail.com to initiate your return. if your return is accepted, urban earth will send you a return label and instructions on how to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

*in special cases, some exceptions may be made for returns or exchanges. exchanges are accepted in only cases of equal or lesser value. if you have any questions about your order or a special request, please contact us by email at theurbanearthshop@gmail.com

in all cases, custom products and sale items are always a final sale!

★ DAMAGES ★

please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!

★ SHIPPING ★

urban earth aims to fulfill all orders within 3-5 business days!

shipping times can vary from as quick as 2 days, to as long as 2 weeks due to delays with USPS or postal emergencies. please allow for extra time for your package to arrive!

all orders from this site are shipped with tracking information — please utilize this to ensure your package makes it to you correctly.

urban earth is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, but will try its best to help you resolve any issues. if you do experience a problem with your package, please notify us by email as well as contact USPS to submit a missing mail search request.
