all items created by urban earth come with a satisfaction guarantee! we want to make sure that your item lasts, and always strive to use the most reliable materials to make that possible. 

that being said, life happens! if your piece breaks, tarnishes, snaps, or is no longer wearable for any reason not in your control (and sometimes even if it is) we will fix your item for FREE! 

in most cases, we ask that your piece to fix still contain the essential ingredients (pearls, beads, materials) needed to revamp or repair, however each situation can be different, and we are always happy to help work with you on what might be best!

the FREE FIX sustainability initiative applies only to pieces created under urban earth, and is valid from purchase dates beginning from February 1, 2023, up to present day.
