refund policies

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

★ to be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it! (meaning unworn or unused). if the item still safely fits in the original packaging it was shipped in, we encourage you to reuse it. if not, it can be composted!

★ please contact lizdrodr@gmail.com to initiate your return. if your return is accepted, urban earth will send you a return label and instructions on how to send your package. items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted!

★ once urban earth has received and inspected your return, your refund or exchange will be processed if your return meets all requirements! the original payment method will be automatically refunded, but please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.

★ in special cases, some exceptions may be made for returns or exchanges. exchanges are accepted in only cases of equal or lesser value. if you have any questions about your order or a special request, please contact urban earth at lizdrodr@gmail.com.

★ in all cases, custom products and sale items are always a final sale!

DAMAGES

★ please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you!
