★ CUSTOM ORDERS

custom orders and inspired pieces are always welcome in our shop!

to place a custom order, we kindly ask that a message through social media or email [theurbanearthshop@gmail.com] is sent, with an expected response time of 1-2 days maximum.

custom order prices are subject to vary based on materials, design, and time that each piece requires.

discounts are available for bulk or wholesale custom ordering.

payment for customer ordering is secured via email invoice.

based order size — order totals must be paid in full. in special circumstances, a 50% non-refundable deposit must be secured, which is fully applied to the total payment due upon delivery of goods and services.

invoices paid for custom orders agreed and collaborated upon are non refundable past the 50% deposit. 

invoices are due in full on the agreed upon date of goods and services, after exchange of product, midnight EST, with a $10.00 late fee applied per day, post past due date.

personal item revamps are always welcome to our shop!

if your family heirloom, vintage piece, or special item has broken or is unwearable, and was not created by urban earth, we would love to help you repair it!

personal item revamps are always great way for our shop to expand its expertise, while making your item [almost] brand new for an affordable price. 

to initiate a personal item revamp, we kindly ask that a message through social media or email [theurbanearthshop@gmail.com] is sent, with an expected response time of 1-2 days maximum. Please include 2 photos minimum of the item in its condition, as well as the final function you wish the item to be fixed up to be! 

i.e “My great grandmother gave me this necklace! It is important to our family, but it has been broken for some time. I wish to return this necklace back to a wearable item, with the same length, despite a few missing beads/pearls [2 photos inserted]”

OR: “My great grandmother gave me this necklace! It is important to our family, but it has been broken for some time. I wish to turn this necklace into bracelets for my three daughters, with gold and silver clasps for each of them to have [2 photos inserted]”
